Position: Graphic Designer 
Location: Dar es Salaam
We are looking for a creative Graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our clients needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products, including websites, books, magazines, product packaging, websites, exhibitions, corporate identity etc. and you will cooperate with our designers and sales team.


Responsibilities 

  • Cultivate a solid body of work
  • Take the design “brief” to record requirements and clients needs
  • Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
  • Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
  • Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc. 


Requirements 

  • Proven graphic designing experience (at least 3 years)
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
  • Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop etc)
  • Highly proficient in all design aspects
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines

Position : Digital Marketing Manager 
LOCATION: DAR ES SALAAM

Responsibilities:

  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Manage the strategy
  • Manage and train the rest of the team
  • Stay up to date with latest technology and best practices
  • Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
  • Measure ROI and KPIs
  • Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
  • Oversee all the company’s social media accounts
  • Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
  • Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
  • Build an inbound marketing plan
  • Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
  • Lead, supervise and motivate members of digital marketing team

Requirements
Qualification.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
  • 4 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • 3 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
