Job Description
- Integration Support with Banks/Payment Provider/Switches/Billers etc
- Application product pre-lunch test and Competitor products collection & analysis
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers’ individual needs
- Computer Operation systems Windows, ChromeOS
- Leverage your extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to AWS teams on how to improve our services
- Desk phones, conference phones, mobile phones
- Access switches and patch panels, corporate network cabling
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer science, finance or related field.
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware\Router & Switch configurati on\Virtualization Platform (VMware vSphere)
- Experience with MMO/Banks/Payment Provider/Switches etc
- Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows and ChromeOS
- Integration Experience with Banks/Payment Provider/Switches/Billers etc
- Extensive application(like Android app\OpenSource tools) support experience
- Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities
- Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Written and oral communication skills,Strong documentation skills
- Interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
Location
The role will be based in Dar es Salaam.
