Description
We are currently looking for a Tanzanian National qualified and experienced to fill the position of a Finance and Administrative Assistant whose key responsibilities will be the following:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure that office operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner;
  • Preparation of reports and financial data;
  • Maintain records and files;
  • General customer relations;
  • Other related duties as required.

The key skills required are:

  • Verbal and written communication in English;
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures;
  • Professional in demeanor and presentation;
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;

Experience:

  • A Minimum of 2-3 years in Senior Management in Insurance.

Qualification:

  • Holder of a Diploma in Business and Administration- Finance Option.
  • Basic Knowledge in accounting is an added advantage
  • Preferably female
  • Available immediately.
