- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Implement performance review procedures
- Manage employees’ grievances
- Designing and implementing HR filing systems ensuring they are well maintained and updated.
- Ensuring security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
- Liaising with Country manager to enforce and maintain company‘s policies and procedures as necessary
- Maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
- Overseeing of the administration department comprising cleaners, reception, security, dispatch riders.
- Assisting with any other duty as and when required by Management from time to time.
Qualifications and Required Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management/Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management/ Bachelor of Science
- 2 Years’ experience in HR field
- Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly. Fluent in written and verbal English
- ICT Proficient
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities
- Ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility where necessary and to work as part of a team.
