ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks Technical Advisor – Surveillance and Survey to be based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Recommended:
The incumbent will be responsible to lead technical assistance and coordination on surveillance and survey initiatives for the ICAP FIKIA project in all regions (Mwanza, Kagera, Geita, Dar es Salaam, Pwani, Kigoma and Mara). A member of the central technical team, under the guidance of the Director of Prevention Services, s/he will be responsible to manage planning, logistics, and roll-out of surveillance and survey initiatives. Major planned initiatives to undertake in the current year include an HIV recency surveillance using rapid tests and a multi-region integrated bio-behavioral survey (IBBS) for key populations.
