Responsibilities
- Ensure safe work practices, i.e. attending compulsory safety courses and meetings, use of required PPE, incident/accident reporting and ensuring total adherence to all Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental Policies, as well as other relevant policies, procedures and guidelines
- To be responsible for the safety standards of goods stored and issued from facilities of Bulyanhulu Gold mine warehousing operations
- To carry out day to day warehouse receiving operations aimed at receiving and binning the right quantity and right quality of materials delivered at the Mine Central Warehouse
- Take responsibility for the safe operation of all Forklifts and other required material handling equipment
- Ensure warehouse housekeeping and all activities are carried out to a standard that is conducive to ensuring an injury free workplace
- To ensure delivery personnel and other visitors to the warehouse comply with Bulyanhulu Gold Mine safety Policies.
- Ensure any discrepancies are reported to the responsible department in a timely manner.
- To operate the weighbridge for bulky deliveries
- To provide efficient and timely service to customers and interfacing departments to meet or exceed the needs of the business
- Provision of parts interpretation and alternative parts possibilities
- Maintain strong communication links with all customers and interfacing departments to assist others to meet business objectives
- Participates in stock take
- To maximize the use of available technology to maintain a high standard and cost effective materials management service in an expanding and changing business environment
Qualification Requirements
- Certificate in Warehousing or Materials Management
- Diploma in Materials Management will be advantageous
- Licensed minimum Class E and or certified to operate all appropriate materials handling equipment
- Experience Requirements
- 1-2 Years previous Warehouse/Logistics experience
Skills / Knowledge Requirements
- Ability to operate all appropriate materials handling equipment: eg, Forklift, mobile crane, carousel etc.
- Knowledge on basic MS Office applications - Outlook, Excel and Word in etc.
- Valid License to operate materials handling equipment minimum Class E

Responsibilities
- Ensure safe work practices, i.e. attending compulsory safety courses and meetings, use of required PPE, incident/accident reporting and ensuring total adherence to all Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental Policies, as well as other relevant policies, procedures and guidelines
- Execute Cycle Counting and Periodic Stock take program in line with corporate requirement
- Ensure that all activities prior to and after stock count are completed in time.
- Ensure that all stock variances are investigated and the corrective actions are implemented to address the root cause in collaboration with Cycle Count Supervisor
- Ensure all stock data is submitted to the system for approval as per DOA
- Implements a system audit to verify that all transactions related to adjustments made are entered without exceptions.
- Reviews and provides information for reconciliations between Finance and Warehouse
- Executes Quarterly Obsolete and Slow Moving Inventory(OSMI) reviews in collaboration with end users
- Timely establishment of re-order point, re-order quantity and release of items to be re-ordered on the re-order system to replenish inventory
- Timely reconciliation of bulk and vendor held inventory consumed and preparation of reconciliation reports that will facilitate payments of vendors in the respective period
- To resolve supplier specification queries through the Buyer
- To create and maintain good relationships with end-users (customers) and to respond to customer queries on time
- Reconciliation and management of vendor transactions for the Vendor Managed Inventory
- Run MRP, review exceptions and evaluate their impacts to stock/orders and agree on appropriate actions
- Prepare a document for MRP discussions, exceptions and actions, and present it for approval by the Demand and Supply Superintendent
- Ensures Compliance to all Company Safety and SOX rules, policies and procedures.
Qualification Requirements
- Diploma or Equivalent Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain/Materials Management and or Logistics Management
- Supply Chain Professional bodies certification will be an added advantage
- Experience Requirements
- 2-3 Years of work experience in Inventory Management, preferably in the Mining Industry

The role
As Anaesthetist, you examine patients, obtain medical history, and use diagnostic tests to determine risks during surgical, obstetrical, and other medical procedures. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan or provide treatment and coordinate administration of anesthetics with surgeons during operation. You monitor patient before, during, and after anesthesia and counteract adverse reactions or complications. You administer anesthetic or sedation during medical procedures, using local, intravenous, spinal, or caudal methods. Furthermore, you provide and maintain life support and airway management and help prepare patients for emergency surgery.
As part of the team you perform all administrative and logistic duties required in relation to the provision of anaesthetic services. You take part in shift work and night duties as required.

- Completed successfully secondary education and has obtained a professional certificate as nurse or clinician with additional specialization in anesthesiology
- At least 4 years of working experience in a hospital setting is required;

Summary:
The HR Business Systems Analyst (BSA) executes on the Global Talent Practice and technology (MyPathfinder) strategic plan as defined and continuously prioritized by the Global Talent Product Owner. Position: Accounts Officer – 01 Post
Job Responsibilities:
- To maintain all petty cash on daily basis. Making monthly report and posting data on system on timely manner.
- To maintain and record keeping books of accounts and reconcile the Accounts on timely manner.
- Respond to enquiries from the Chief Financial Officer and ASAI Team resulting financial results, special reporting requests and the like.
- Liaison with the respective government department, submitting return, and maintain proper compliance with them.
- Handle the company tax, pay tax and other withholding tax.
- Ensure and handle external and internal audits.
- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
- Ensure monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with the other departments in the organization to support overall department goal and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze departmental work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
- To maintain liaison with the bank and financial institutions regarding loans and assist the controller in the daily banking requirements.
- To have frequent visit to different branches when and as necessary.
Academic Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting. Finance or related subjects.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be an added advantage.
- MSc/MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years professional experiences in Accounting role is a MUST.
- Preferably Experience in working with NGOs/Financial Institutions/Banks/Consultancy firm.
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP).

Job Responsibilities:
- To build and maintain a substantial and high-quality loan portfolio.
- To conduct members recruitment and screening.
- To orient clients to the particular loan products and services.
- To make groups in all working days in a week, minimum Total clients will be 350.
- Make a regular contact with the groups and clients in field.
- To process loan applications, verify client’s income generating activities (IGA) and other related.
- Collect instalments from the clients in groups on regular basis and on time.
- To manage loan disbursements and monitor & collect loan repayments.
- Verify client’s Guarantor’s house and other necessary documents.
- To provide quality and good customer service to clients.
- To accomplish day by day activities as required.
