Project Managers 

We are looking for project managers who will be responsible for planning and scheduling marketing programs, identifying the skills and resources to deliver the programs and managing the programs to completion on time and within budget. Project managers will work closely with the account managers who liaise with clients.
The Project Manager will be a person with “can do better” attitude who will fully take ownership of projects. The position reports to the Operations Manager

– KEY TASKS
Internal Project Reporting and Administration
– Take proper project planning, project quality assurance, ensure client satisfaction, measuring project success, tracking and reporting weekly on project budget spending trends and prepare project risk assessment and mitigation plans.
Resource Management
Ensure project team recruitment, training as per project requirements,
roles allocations, KPIs measurements, mentoring and Motivation.
Client Management:
Manage interaction, communicate effectively with clients, effective
business solutions, increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships.
Business and Project Finance
Understand our Pricing model, Revenue model, maintain project
financing tracker and Manage project budgets accurately.
Project Planning
Being able to participate actively in all project briefs and
brainstorming, be able to develop a comprehensive project
checklist before project kick off, understanding of Project Scope and be able to communicate to the stakeholders for any changes and an ability to set priorities.


Project Control &Communication
Manage project to ensure project delivery on timeliness, scope, budget and strategies as per expectations, evaluate project deliverables, identify risks, tracking, mitigation plans in place, create contingency plans where matters are out of plans.
An ability to Communicate progress, risks, expectations, timeliness, milestones to all stakeholders.
– Ensuring effectively communication platform with Clients, Project Team and Management.

a. Good Computer skills .proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Power point)

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
Minimum qualification is a Diploma in field of Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics Certification in Project Management will be an added advantage.

Overview

Overall Job Purpose
The Head of Project Management will be overall responsible to provide leadership and strategic direction in project, program, portfolio and change management. This role will initially involve reviewing the current project management structure and establish­ment of revised Project Management Office and subsequent day to day running of the Office.
The selected candidate would define and maintain the organization’s project management framework and translate the organiza­tion’s strategy into viable projects, programs, portfolios and change initiatives. Strong Governance. The HPMO should ensure that decisions are taken by the right people, based on the right information. The governance role can also include audits or peer reviews, developing project and program structures and ensuring account­ability at all levels.
The HPMO will be responsible for providing information and being the single source of the truth. Information should be relevant and accurate to support effective decision-making and provided to people in a way they can understand.
The PMO will act as a central sharing and point for lessons learned, templates and best practice.
Delivery support. The HPMO will ensure to make it easy for project teams to do their jobs by reducing bureaucracy, providing training, coaching, monitoring, and quality assurance.
The HPMO will also provide the function for managing documentation, project history, and organizational knowl­edge


Key Duties and responsibilities
To define and maintain an organization project management framework and enforce its compliance in all projects.
To centralize and standardize management of projects.
Develop and communicate vision, business outcomes, governance and success metrics for the PMO,
To manage dependencies and leverage synergies among projects, programs and portfolios
To serve as a secretary to the Project Board
To oversee the successful delivery of projects in line with the approved scope, schedule and cost baseline.
To translate the organization’s strategy into viable projects, programs, portfolios and change initiatives.
To provide top management with regular projects status updates and bring to their attention project risks and issues that warrant their intervention.
Contribute to the organizational strategy formulation and budget planning process.
Define the embed a framework for benefits realization to be used to track and monitor realized benefits against planned targets
Forster active stakeholder engagement through effective stakeholder and communication management
Define projects/programs/ portfolios, develop project plans and integrate the various project plans into cohesive project management plans.
Establish project teams, motivate and influence them towards realization of project objectives,
Develop and maintain a repository of standard project templates to be used on the various project management processes.
Integrate information from all projects to assess whether the of organization is achieving its strategic objectives.
Build and maintain the organization’s project management knowledge base
Coach and mentor project managers and other PMO staff to achieve and improve results.

Qualifications and Experience

A Minimum of Seven (7) years’ experience in project/ program/portfolio management
PMP Certification or any other equivalent certification
At least 3 years working experience in the financial service industry
Advanced knowledge of Agile Project management Methodologies
Previous experience in managing a large portfolio of projects in a matrix project environment.

It is using all forms of media and communication to build, maintain and manage the reputation of your clients by communicating key messages, often using third party endorsements, to defined target audiences in order to establish and maintain goodwill and understanding between organizations/companies and their public. As a PR officer, you'll monitor publicity and conduct research to find out the concerns and expectations of your client’s stakeholders. You'll then report and explain the findings to its management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies;
